From Student to Studio.
A structured five-phase programme designed to get you from enrolled to employed — with every step mapped to how studios actually hire, not how institutes think they do.
Phase 01 — Portfolio Development
When you enter any studio or industry, your portfolio will speak for you. At the Oreal World, students get an opportunity to create a strong portfolio by using the industry-standard tools and professional software. Every project is designed to strengthen the technical proficiency and creative problem-solving that will result in a strong portfolio reflecting your capabilities. By the end of the course, you will be studying what most industries and studios look for in their hiring process.

The Standard We Set

Sidharth Jain
Lead Analyst, LoL Esports
“I joined Oreal with software knowledge, but very little understanding of how professional production actually works. The projects, reviews, and studio-style workflows changed that. Every assignment came with real expectations, deadlines, and accountability. The feedback was honest, the standards were high, and the experience prepared me for the pace of the industry, By the time I stepped into my first role, I already understood how a professional team operates.”

Sanya Bhogal
Technical Designer
“My portfolio improved more during my time at Oreal than I thought possible. The review sessions weren't about checking boxes or collecting grades. Every critique challenged me to think differently, refine my work, and communicate my ideas more effectively. Over time, I learned how to present my projects from an industry perspective, and that shift made a huge difference when I started applying for opportunities.”

Mohit Sharma
Head of Operations
“I didn't come from a traditional creative background, so entering the industry felt intimidating at first. What helped most was the exposure to professionals and the opportunity to interact with people already working in the field. Those conversations gave me a clearer understanding of industry expectations and helped me build confidence in my own abilities. Oreal didn't just help me develop skills; it helped me find my place within the industry.”
